Returns & Exchanges — Our Policy

Mink & Cashmere Lashes

All mink and cashmere lash collections are final sale due to hygiene standards. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.

Apparel

Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may assist you promptly.
